Terms of Service

The short version

Use Supreme Synergy for your own life, keep your account secure, and don’t abuse the service. Everything you create stays yours. We’ll always give you notice before meaningful changes, and you can leave — with your data — at any time.

1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Supreme Synergy. By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the product, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service — no hard feelings.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Supreme Synergy. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at security@supremesynergy.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content

Everything you record in Supreme Synergy — goals, routines, reflections, and notes — remains yours. You grant us only the limited license required to store, process, and display that content back to you. We claim no ownership, ever.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to breach, probe, or overload our systems; don’t reverse-engineer the service; don’t use it to harm others or break the law; and don’t resell access without a written agreement. We may suspend accounts that put other members at risk.

5. Early access

During early access, features may change, pause, or be removed as we refine the product. We’ll communicate significant changes in advance. Early access is provided “as is,” though our privacy and security commitments apply in full from day one.

6. Liability and disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. If we ever disagree, we’ll first try to resolve it directly and in good faith before any formal proceedings.

7. Changes and contact
